Due to the medical nature of our products, items that have been opened or had their seals broken cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Pack with Care
Securely place the item in its original box along with your receipt and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
