The ResMed H5i cleanable water chamber tub is the reservoir used in the S9 series CPAP machine humidifier. A heated humidifier adds moisture to the pressurized air delivered from your CPAP to prevent dryness and throat irritation.
It is recommended to use distilled water in your water tub and to rinse out daily to prevent mineral build up. The use of regular tap water that is left in the water chamber tub will result in corrosion build up. This ResMed product is dishwasher safe. The cleanable tub can be opened and either hand washed or placed in a dishwasher for easy cleaning.
